Cx Compliance L&D provides end to end learning services, and management for all first line of defense compliance processes, including Transaction Monitoring, Enhanced Due Diligence, Screening and Complaints. The team is responsible for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of all learning deliverables spanning new hire/cross skilling, change management and performance improvement.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

    • You should have a strong understanding of global regulatory and legal requirements related to compliance, such as: Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Enhanced Due Diligence
    • You will lead the International TMS training program: defining, and governing the team’s strategic vision by designing and developing the curriculum, and leading other individual contributors in the development of role based, technical compliance content
    • You will enable the implementation of the Cx Operations business-led roadmap, and define L&D’s initiatives that move our programme to learning excellence; delivering performance, and quality improvements to the Compliance network
    • You will inspect and analyze metrics related to your workstream, and ensure L&D KPIs are met for completion, nesting pass first time, confidence in learning application, assessment data, and most importantly impact on business performance and quality metrics.
    • You will ensure your training program is aligned with regulatory and legal requirements; enabling Coinbase to maintain, and grow its international legal entity coverage
    • You will maintain multiple training program asset types: elearning courses, instructor led resources, nesting process documents/trackers, training calendars, etc.
    • You will collaborate with multiple internal teams (Workforce Management, Vendor Management, Operations, Compliance etc) for training program feedback, to obtain required sign-offs, and for support with ongoing training deployments
    • You will manage the international programme, and oversee multiple projects and deployments simultaneously, owning all aspects of scoping needs, resource coordination, timelines, deliverables, and goals.
    • You will work with tools like: Articulate, Docebo, Jira, Looker, Slack, and Gsuite products.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

    • 5+ years of experience, with a a strong background in Compliance Learning and development
    • Previous experience as a senior TMS investigator with additional responsibilities including, procedure, process and tooling implementations.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience with instructional design methodologies, e-learning tools, and learning management systems.
