THE WORK:

Manage day-to-day operations for Ripple Labs in the Americas, nurturing a dynamic culture in our expanding US office network.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Coordinate a top-tier employee services organization in the Americas, coordinating innovative food programs, efficient mailroom operations, maintenance, and customer support.
    • Develop positive relationships, work with internal teams, and promote outstanding customer service to maintain a welcoming workplace environment in all Americas locations.
    • Manage the real estate portfolio for the Americas, involving space planning, reporting on occupancy and vacancies, and assigning seating.
    • Handle budgets for workplace operations, including both operational (Opex) and capital (Capex) expenditures.
    • Skillfully negotiate favorable terms and conditions with landlords, property management companies, service providers, and contractors.
    • Use data analytics and key business metrics to advise strategic decisions for daily operations and expansion.
    • Develop and uphold uniform processes, well-defined policies, and effective procedures for all facility operations and maintenance tasks.
    • Drive continuous progress towards increased automation and the adoption of innovative workplace solutions.
    • Effectively translate overarching strategic plans into clear operational actions for the Workplace team and our valued external partners.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated professionals supporting critical organizational functions, impactful corporate events, and seamless general meetings within the Americas.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management and real estate operations, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
    • Proven experience in expense forecasting, budget management, and project management across multiple locations.
    • A demonstrated ability to lead effectively, with a strong track record of successfully hiring, motivating, and developing high-caliber team members.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to communicate empathetically and effectively with colleagues, senior leadership, internal collaborators, and external vendors.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
    • Strong project management skills are absolutely crucial for success in this role.
For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.

$136,000$170,000 USD
