We are seeking a Finance & Strategy Manager to join Block and help scale our Bitcoin and stablecoin initiatives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of Bitcoin and stablecoin innovation, partnering with product, engineering, and business teams to develop financial models, analyze market opportunities, and shape strategic decisions that impact our digital asset ecosystem.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role: you will build financial frameworks, size opportunities, evaluate product economics, and partner with product and engineering leads to shape Block’s Bitcoin and stablecoin roadmap. The ideal candidate brings a foundation in traditional finance (investment banking, investing, or strategy), fluency in digital assets, and the ability to navigate fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You will report to the Bitcoin Finance and Strategy Lead that supports Block's Bitcoin and Stablecoin products
