The Role

Cash App Investing is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Account Operations Team. You will manage and optimize Cash App Investing's processes and procedures related to the customer account lifecycle, while executing complex operational workflows. Reporting to the Account Operations Team Lead, the Brokerage Account Operations Specialist will work with our internal teams and external partners to ensure management of customer onboarding, as well as various lifecycle events, while mentoring junior team members and driving process improvements. You will bring process management experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to balance execution with strategic thinking.

This role can be hired remotely in any Zone B, C, or D market.

You Will

    • Drive continuous improvement by maintaining and enhancing operating procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
    • Design and implement new processes that support business growth, scalability, and evolving regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee and improve daily brokerage operations, ensuring accuracy and record-keeping.
    • Lead critical projects such as clearing firm and platform upgrades, collaborating with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams.
    • Champion process improvements using data insights, automation, and emerging technologies.
    • Mentor team members on complex procedures, regulatory updates, and best practices.
    • Review and approve work from junior staff to uphold accuracy, consistency, and compliance standards.
    • Stay ahead of SEC/FINRA regulations, lead compliance reporting, and enforce Written Supervisory Procedures.
    • Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and oversee compliance monitoring activities.
    • Build strong partnerships across the business, present updates to senior leadership, and manage relationships with external partners.

You Have

    • 4+ years of experience in brokerage operations back office functions
    • FINRA Licenses: Series 7 & 63 required
    • Experience with process improvement and automation projects
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau)
    • Experience with project management methodologies
    • Demonstrated mentoring or training experience
