The Fair & Responsible Lending Lead, reporting to Block’s Head of Consumer Protection, will lead the strategy and daily operation of Block’s Fair & Responsible Lending Program. The role sets clear standards, partners with development and platform teams to embed fair lending into Block’s development pipelines, builds continuous and scalable frameworks for monitoring and control, and provides reporting to senior leadership and the Board.
