About the Job
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Workforce Strategy & Insights to play a pivotal role in shaping our global workforce strategy. In this advanced, hands-on analytics position, you will apply expertise in advanced data analysis and research methodologies to deliver actionable people insights, drive workforce planning, and support AI & skills transformation initiatives. As a critical thought partner to stakeholders across the People Team, G&A, and direct to business leaders, you will help design cutting-edge strategies that directly shape the future of work and set the foundation for org effectiveness and agility in the age of AI and digital transformation.
